HISTORY
SIU was conceived as a full-service organization dedicated to providing comprehensive forensic accounting, fraud investigation, and litigation support. SIU was founded by an attorney, a certified public accountant who is also a certified fraud examiner, and a veteran Philadelphia police detective, all with an extensive background in the investigation and prosecution of economic crimes. With over 70 years combined experience, the founders of SIU saw a need to incorporate all of the aspects of a financial investigation under one roof, where it could be coordinated by a team of experienced professionals. This team approach provides a cohesive plan of investigation, which can be easily refined or changed as required.
