Arthur Shuman, Esquire is a former Chief Deputy District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney's office. He is an experienced attorney who has worked on numerous fraud investigations involving organized crime, dishonest employee schemes, theft of interstate commerce and all phases of economic crime. Shuman has also conducted a number of grand jury investigations. Our experienced attorneys will work hand in hand with your council or legal department to achieve a successful outcome. Charles P. Elliott, C.P.A., C.F.E., has been investigating fraud and white collar crime for over twenty years. He has received commendations from the Philadelphia District Attorney's Office for successful investigation of fraudulent healthcare providers. Elliott has participated in successful asset recovery investigations involving members of organized crime, investigations regarding thefts from interstate commerce resulting in restitution, and most recently, a successful investigation of a nationwide adoption fraud organization, resulting in a successful federal prosecution. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
